Dome of St. Peter's Cathedral

The dome of St. Peter's Cathedral is huge - about 42 meters in diameter.  Designed by Michelangelo, it is visible from many areas of Rome. Visitors to St. Peters can climb to the top of the cathedral dome and enjoy a fabulous view.
